Nah it's Max Landis, cleverly hyping his film Chronicle. Max is the son of legendary film maker John Landis (Blues Brothers, American Werewolf in London, Three Amigos, Trading Places, etc). Max has been bred for this shit and started writing scripts at like 15 or some shit. This vid, while cool as shit, is just a fantastic piece of hype building for his blockbuster film scriptwriting debut.
Which, of course, explains how he got all those epic actors in it... and without them the rant isn't HALF as entertaining. Max will be a legend in his own right before too long. Well connected, well trained, and quite gifted. Keep an eye out for him.
