I would get that improved stock strike ability "heavy stock" As a vanguard you will be using it alot, so that extra damage will count. Just my 2c Not a bad idea. Could easily drop the 2% to Endurance for it. Thanks.

Energy Cell = ammo. So the tank can do damage, retain threat, without spending "rage" while actually earning "rage".. basically. Not sure how that plays out at 50 though.
